McDonald’s Franchise Owner and Past Chairman of the National Black McDonald’s Operators Association, Rita Mack was interviewed on the radio program, The Urban Business Roundtable.
Among other topics, Mack discussed her transition from IBM Executive to successful McDonald’s Franchise Owner.
Mack and her husband Anthony own two McDonald’s Restaurants in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Rita Mack has distinguished herself as a formidable businesswoman, demonstrating strong personal involvement in the communities she serves, leadership and lending support to many philanthropic efforts.

Crewperson of the Year Elaine Hayes visited the State Capitol on January 29, 2015. It was a great day for Elaine and McDonald’s. The assembly gave a salute to Elaine from the floor and gave positive remarks about McDonald’s keeping the commitment to diversity and helping the disabled. Owner/Operator Carrie Salone stated that “She has been working for me for 7 years and she’s never been late or absent.” Representative Billy Mitchell of the Georgia House of Representatives was instrumental in working with Carrie to get this done and, along with Governor Deal, gave some positive remarks about McDonald’s. On Saturday, February 7, 2015, the the Philadelphia Chapter, NBMOA sponsored and participated in the 23rd Annual African American Children’s Book Fair. This event was held at the Community College of Philadelphia and represented by PBMOA Owners: Tanya Holliday, Rita Mack and Danielle Dawkins. Spokesperson, Tanya Holliday, expressed our commitment to giving back to our communities 365 days a year and shared how they were elated to participating for the 5th year straight. The PBMOA Owners sponsored a book by Julius Lester, titled “John Henry”.
Both television and radio personalities were represented along with many other prestigious business leaders.
